#6. How important is it to be civil online on the Internet?

We can see here the universal basic purpose of the online community. That is communication with others. A community is usually a place where people who have a certain purpose, concept, and interest in it naturally come together. There are also rules and manners that suit each community. But basically, we need to be civil to others on the Internet.
To be civil is a way of encouraging people to share their opinions with others. If people usually point to keeping good manners with others as one of the important factors in communicating. This is because we need to recognize each other's right to support when we feel that each other is respected. However, due to the nature of online, too many manners can be erased under anonymity. This is because it can satisfy the right to support society.
Even if we are arguing with someone, we need to be polite to the end.
There are several questions.
What is the most appropriate attitude in a conversation with an anonymous person who is not polite to each other?
In some cases, the default is not to divide the etiquette of a particular community. How should we look at the culture of this community?
