<Why Free Culture matters?>

  Free Culture specifically speaks about the movement which encourages the free distribution and modification of creation from the others. The biggest example is Creative Commons. This organization supports the ideology described upon and give licenses to people or organization who wants. 
  Wikipedia also supports Creative Commons. So, in Wikipedia you can use the pictures and information freely inside it. Without the permission of the people who edited it, you can just use it for sure. This system really matters, especially on Wikipedia. As Free Culture insists the free modification and distribution, this means that we have many chances to create another one for new or developed. And this is a simple but important point which is necessary for Wikipedia. Wikipedia needs more information by people, and so they needed to remove some offenses that might occur a inconvenience in making some more edits on Wikipedia. Not only for Wikipedia, in overall art industry, it also matters significantly. As arts are somehow the imitation of the past-I think so-, people unconsciously find references from it. But with the Free Culture, it helps people to encourage more passionate creations, resulting development of art culture industry. 
  But I have some questions. Since I had to write a topic with advocating Free Culture, I wrote this writing very positively. But I support the Permission culture in the real world because I think the copyright recognition is very low. Is there any people who supports Permission Culture like me? If you, I would like to hear the reasons why you support it.

    I agree with you. I think that it is not to disappear Permission Culture. I want to know that how to range from the creative things to use.

    I'd like to agree, but I think it's practically impossible. Free culture is obviously a good purpose and more creations will be made when it is granted, and in the long run our quality of life will be better. However, there is no escape from the question of copyright. The reason for exist of copyright is that there is a demand for it. They include those who do not like to modify or distribute their creations and those who can make a profit through copyright. How do you persuade them? It won't be easy to change as long as the profit structure is already formed.

    I agree about your opinion. In free culture we can share the information with free. But sharing the information with free can change the right holder's information while the information is shared and used by other people. permission culture can solve this problem. But it isn't easy to make a perfect permission culture. So I think we have to discuss a lot about copyright problems.

In  the Reagle  Chapter 3-4, the troll and the ignore rules were impressive.  Troll is the one who destroys teamwork and leads the team to ruin.  Trolls, which are negative characters, help develop Wikipedia. Wikipedia finds the wrong information generated by the troll. And the information is modified by others. In that process, it results in more information production. There is an outlaw, similar to a troll. The lawless ignores all regulations, including copyright and reference. Like Trolls, they help develop Wikipedia. They are free to edit because they are out of regulation. The free edited content is modified by others, including attaching references and deleting content that is caught in copyright issues. Wikipedia develops as it takes care of these types of people.

Discuss Reagle’s chapter 5 It is hard to understand this chapter. When I used the Wikipedia, I thought I don't need to group communication. Because the communication space is hidden, so I don't find it. I'm hard to find the communication space on Wikipedia. I think that the Wikipedia communication is not good at working in Korea. There are not many advisers on Korea Wikipedia. The Wiktionary definitions for consensus speak of “general agreement,” “without active opposition to the proposed course of action. I found it important for members to reach an agreement on Wikipedia. It's not an easy task, but I think it can produce a good results. So I think that's why Wikipedia exists.
